USUALLY SMOKERS MOVE THROUGH SEVERAL STAGES IN THEIR OUTLOOK AND ATTITUDE BEFORE THEY STOP SMOKING. IF YOU UNDERSTAND THESE STAGES OF CHANGE, YOU CAN GET A BETTER IDEA OF WHAT WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL.
