Time Keeping Procedures:

You must turn in a a paper copy of your time sheet weekly to Gina Sevick. This must have your signature as well as the supervisor's at your community work site.

You will also need to record your hours in the on-line system on the M3C Fellows webisite. You will record:

Hours sorted by category
The number of volunteers you have recruited that week sorted by category
The place(s) you volunteered that week
Any story you would like to share with your Campus Coordinator or the Regional office.
