If anyone in your group would like to present a talk about research or outreach, or if you would like to share a  demonstration, we will have plenty of time on Saturday.   We will have lots of AV available, let us know what else you might need.

Housing:  we have a limited amount of FREE 'crash' space with local SPS members.  Bring a sleeping bag and pillow.  Please indicate if you would need this.

Meals:  Please check all that your group plans on attending!

Saturday lunch (around noon) _____

The registration fee is $5.00 per person.  This will include the Friday evening banquet, a light breakfast on Saturday, and a picnic lunch.  If you have enough lead time, please mail in your registration fee.  Checks can be made out to SPS.  Otherwise, we will collect your registration fee when you check in.

If you have special dietary needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate those needs.
