Nov. 12, 2008 Church was named to the All-WIAC team and Terry was named to the All-Sportsmanship team. Church, 5-4, finished the season with six goals and 13 points. She led the Falcons with two game-winning goals. She registered 54 shots during the year with 18 shots on goal. She played in all 18 games and started 16 times. She has played 37 career games and has seven goals and 16 points. "Megan had a break out sophomore season," said Falcon Coach Sean McKuras. She scored two game winning goals and was very versatile in our midfield. Megan scored her first career hat trick against UW-Superior. I am very excited for what her junior season will bring." Terry, 5-1, played in 16 games and started 11 times. She had nine shots and four were on goal. She has played in 69 career games and has four goals and 11 points. "Jen has been a four-year player and senior captain," said McKuras. "She always has a positive outlook and keeps the team on even ground. Jen always has the team's best interest in mind. She has set a great example for all of our players." |
