Jessica Reed (So., Hampton, Minn. Hastings HS)
broke the Falcon record in the 100 hurdles with a time of 14.75 on Friday at the UW-La Crosse hosted Phil Esten Challenge. Reed's time in that event earned her a first place finish. She held the record set in 2006 in a time of 14.81.

Amanda Kozicky (Sr., Chaska, Minn.)
finished fourth in the mile at the University of Minnesota Open on Saturday. She finished in 5:12.05. "Amanda had a personal best time and it was her best time by about eight seconds in the event," said Falcon Coach Martha Brennan.

Field
Hannah Miller (Jr., Edgar, Wis.) leaped 10-4 in the pole vault at the University of Minnesota Open held Saturday. Her height was a personal best in the event. She placed 18 th overall.

Jessica Reed (So., Hampton, Minn. Hastings HS) set a school record in the 55-meter hurdles at the Coca Cola Classic held Saturday at UW-River Falls. She finished first in 8.49 which is an NCAA championship meet provisional qualifying time. The old UWRF record was 8.52 set in 2006. Reed also finished sixth in the 200-meters in 28.45.

Field
The Falcon 4x400 relay team of Jill Crandall (Sr., Roseville, Minn.), Amanda Kozicky (Sr., Chaska, Minn.), Shannon Zweifel (Sr., Whitewater, Wis.) and Brittany Smith (Jr., Preston, Minn. Filmore Central HS) set a school record of 4:02.19 at the MSU-Mankato Open held Saturday in Mankato, Minn. The old record was 4:03.1 set in 2006.

Holly Kromray (Sr., Minoqua, Wis. Lakeland Union HS) set a school record in the pole vault at the Stout Open held Saturday in Menomonie. Kromray placed first with a leap of 11-1 3/4. The previous Falcon record was 11-0 1/4 set in 2004.
