Six members of the Falcon women's hockey team have been named to 2006 All-NCHA teams. Defender Jenny Wallace (Jr., Buffalo, Minn.) was named to the first team. Forwards Lou Paulson (Sr., Duluth, Minn.) and Lindsay O'Keefe (Sr., Roseville, Minn) were both named to the second team. Forwards Leah Baron (Sr., Hermantown, Minn.) and Jenna Scanlon (So., Apple Valley, Minn.) and defender Leigh Landgraf (Fr., St. Paul Park, Minn.) all earned honorable mention. Wallace was named to the first team in 2005. O'Keefe was named to the second team in 2005 and earned honorable mention in 2004. Paulson was named to the first team in 2005 and 2004. Scanlon earned honorable mention in 2005. Wallace, who was a AHCA first team All-American in 2005, played all 25 regular season games and finished second on the team in scoring. She had eight goals and 17 points. She scored three power-play goals and two game-winners. Paulson played in 24 regular season games and scored nine goals and had 15 points. She tied for fourth in scoring. She led the Falcons with four power-play goals. O'Keefe played in all 25 regular season games and led the Falcons in scoring with eight goals and 19 points. Her 11 assists led the team. She scored two power-play goals and had one game-winner. Baron played in all 25 regular season games and scored eight goals and had 14 points. She had three power-play goals and a game-winner. Scanlon played in all 25 regular season games and led the Falcons with 12 goals. She finished with 15 points. She scored two power-play goals and had two game-winners. Landgraf had a great first year for the Falcons. She played in 23 games and scored two goals and had 11 points. She scored one power-play goal. |
