Bobby Hanson (Jr., Cambridge, Minn. Cambridge-Isanti HS) had his best race of the season at the Fall Freeze at the Nemadji Golf Course in Superior on Saturday. His time of 27:14 was good enough for a 13 th place finish in the 8,000-meter race. That was his best time this year by 14 seconds. Bobby had a big improvement from last week," Falcon Coach Don Glover said. "He ran the race of his career, so far."

Kevin McDonough (Sr., Prescott, Wis.) had another solid race at the Blugold Open on Friday. McDonough finished the 8,000-meter race with a time of 27:25. That time was good enough for 30 th overall and was the third Falcon across the finish line. "He's been really consistent this year," Falcon Coach Don Glover said about the senior. "He's been in our top three all year."

Zack Moe (So., Onalaska, Wis.) was the top Falcon runner at the Roy Griak Invitational held Saturday at the University of Minnesota Les Bolstad Golf Course.   He finished 107 th overall with a time of 27:31 in the 8,000-meter race.   "He's never been our No. 1 runner," Coach Don Glover said. "He ran a real tough race - 27:31 is pretty darn good."

Chris Wenig (Jr., Chilton, Wis.) was the team's top runner at the St. Olaf Invitational held Saturday in Northfield, Minn. He finished 50 th overall with a time of 28:39 in the 8,000-meter race. It was Wenig's best time of the season.

Jason Phillippi (Maplewood, Minn. Tartan HS) was the top Falcon runner in the UW-River Falls Invitational held Saturday. He won the 8,000-meter race with a time of 28:03. "Jason had a great early season time," said Falcon Coach Don Glover. "He ran under control and led the whole way."
