Falcon Assistant Coaches

Kris Weiby

Kris Weiby

Kris Weiby enters his fifth year as an assistant coach for the Falcons.

He was an assistant coach with the club team for two years prior to the team reaching varsity status. He is a coach and evaluator for the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association. He is also a coach and scout for the Girls Metro STP program in the Twin Cities. He is majoring in health and human performance with coaching and health minors.

Born and raised in Superior, Wis., he attended Superior Senior High School. As a three year letter winner, he helped the varsity hockey team to three consecutive state championships in 1994,1995 and 1996.






Jeremy Weiss

Jeremy Weiss

is in his fifth year as goalie coach. He competed in hockey and baseball at UWRF. He has worked as a goalie coach for the WAHA girls selects camp as well as the USA hockey Central District camp.

He earned his undergraduate degree in health and human performance at UWRF.








Mandy Stokes

Mandy Stokes

Mandy Stokes is a student assistant coach with the Falcons. She played college hockey at UW-RF from 1999-2003.

She was the captain of last year’s team which set a school record with 20 wins. Stokes was named to the NCHA All-Academic team three years in a row. She was the team’s captain and was named the team’s Hardest Worker every year she played.

Stokes is the Falcon career leader in games played (102) and she scored 30 goals and 50 career points.

She is finshing her undergraduate degree work at UW-RF and is majoring in health & human performance.
