Runners
The men’s 4x400 relay team of Micahel Neurer (Fr., Oakdale, Minn. Tartan HS), Mike Zander (Jr. Fredonia, Wis. Ozaukee HS), Rick Stewart (So. Oregon, Wis.) and Garrett Duncanson (So. Mantorville, Minn. Kasson-Mantorville HS) achieved a season best at the WIAC Meet held at UW-La Crosse last weekend. The team shaved off six seconds from the team's previous best time of the year and placed fourth in 3:18.68.

The men’s 4x800 team of Neurer, Ben Kirmse (So., Wild Rose, Wis.), Dan Kessenich (Jr. Green Bay, Wis. Pulaski HS) and Kevin McDonough (Jr. Prescott, Wis.) had a very successful race at the WIAC Meet. The team placed fifth in 7:57.22.

Runner
Darrin Young (So., Plainview, Minn.) had a great meet at the Macalester Twilight, on Wednesday. Young achieved personal bests in the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles. In the 110, Young placed second in 15.31, and in the 400 placed sixth in 58.03.

Rick Stewart (So., Oregon, Wis.) had a very successful meet at the Carleton Relays on Saturday. Stewart had personal bests in the triple jump and the 200. In the triple jump, Stewart placed sixth with a leap of 12.56-meters and he finished 12th in the 200 in 23.16.

Justin Youngblom (So., Wells, Minn. United South Central HS) had a successful meet at the Lee Krough Invitational on Saturday. In the 5,000 Youngblom achieved a personal best taking sixth in 15:53.88.

Ryan Cosgrove (Fr., South Saint Paul, Minn.) had a very impressive meet at the Falcon Invitational on Saturday. Cosgrove had a personal best in the pole vault by 18 inches. Cosgrove placed fifth with a leap of 3.88 meters. "He has been showing steady improvements all year," said Falcon Coach Martha Brennan.

Garrett Duncanson (So., Mantorville, Minn. Kasson-Mantorville HS) continues to have a good indoor season for the Falcons. Duncanson had a very good meet at the Blue Devil Open where he placed fourth in the 400 with a season’s best time of 52.74.

Jason Phillippi (Fr., Maplewood, Minn. Tartan HS) had an outstanding start to the Falcon indoor season at the Early Bird Invitational held Saturday at the Knowles Building. He won the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:12.74.
