UW-River Falls Coach John O'Grady has 67 student-athletes listed as
recruits for the Falcon football team.
The 66 new players will join 42 returning letter winners in 2004.
The 2003 Falcons finished 2-7 overall and 2-5 and in sixth place in the
WIAC. The Falcons led the WIAC in rushing (318.6 yards per game) and finished
sixth in the NCAA Div. III in that category. UWRF has led the conference
in rushing every year since 1974.
The Falcons open the 2004 season on Sept. 11 when they travel to Con.-St.
Paul for a 1 p.m. game.
