The Falcons go back on the road on Saturday, to UW-Oshkosh, for another WIAC game. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Titan Stadium.

Both teams are coming off losses in WIAC play last week. UWRF dropped a 21-13 decision at UW-Stout while UW-Stevens Point beat the Titans, 13-9. UWRF is 1-5 overall and 1-2 in the WIAC while Oshkosh is 4-3 overall and 1-3 in conference play.

The Falcons have won the last 11 games between the two teams and hold a 32-14-1 lead in the all-time series. The only tie came in the 1990 season, 35-35.

The Falcons lead the WIAC in rushing and will try to establish their ground game against the Titans. The Falcons average 339 rushing yards a game. They are led by halfback John Peterlik who has rushed for 712 yards and Owen Schmitt who has rushed for 705. They are ranked No. 2 and 3 in the WIAC. UWRF is sixth in scoring offense with 155 points.

Kyle Hoegh leads the Falcons in tackles with 48. Nate Gray and Lewis Parish are next with 37 tackles each. The Falcons have allowed 201 points this year and are last in scoring average. They rank sixth in the WIAC in total defense allowing 405.8 yards a game.

The Oshkosh offense average 357 yards a game. Quarterback Nick Wara has completed 87-161 passes for 1096 yards and five TDs. Chad Lindsley has caught 23 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns. Chad LaLuzerne has caught 17 passes for 242 yards. The leading rusher is Andrew Stern who has gained 420 yards and scored twice.

The Titan defense is third in scoring defense allowing 125 points this year. UWO is third in rushing defense. Craig Korth leads Oshkosh with 53 tackles and Jon Thomas has 49 stops.

On Nov. 8 the Falcons return to Ramer Field for the team's final home game of the season. The Falcons host UW-La Crosse at 1 p.m.
