Dan Kessenich returns for his third year as assistant coach for the Falcons. Dan has made an immediate impact on the team
as both a motivator and on-deck coach. His direct but easy going
demeanor is popular with the swimmers. Dan swam for UWRF from 2003-06. He was also a member of the Falcon cross country team. He was a conference
finalist all four seasons with the swim team and was honored with the
sportsmanship award during his time with the Falcons.

Tom Fritchen returns for his second season on the coaching staff as a volunteer
assistant after finishing his four years as a swimmer on the team.
Tom was team captain his junior and senior years and was voted Most
Inspirational during his swim career. Tom was one of the most
versatile swimmers on the team and was always willing to swim the
longest, toughest events. Coach Bill Henderson is very happy to include
Fritchen on the staff.

Michael Brudzinski is in his first year as a volunteer assistant coach with the Falcons. He is a four-time letter winner with the team and was named the squad's Most Valuable after the 2009 season. Michael holds several spots in the Falcon Top 10 times list including the third best in the 400 IM and the fourth best in the 200 IM.
