Very rewarding in regards to the idea of making a difference in the youths' lives. Atmosphere is very laid back and the staff is willing to let you experience all that they experience. (2004)

Not getting too involved in a student's life (not taking their problems home with you). The most difficult thing for me was the punishing aspect (punishment on children/youth) (2004)
