Location and 2007 Hours:
SCVST Box office is in the main lobby of the Kleinpell Fine
Arts Building, 420 Cascade Avenue, River Falls, Wisconsin. The Box Office
opens for walk-up sales on Tuesday, June 5, 2007. Hours are 9 a.m. -
Noon, June 5-8; 10 a.m.-3 p.m., June 11-August 10, Monday-Friday. The
Box Office is also open one hour before all performances and during
intermission.

Mail Orders:
Mail orders for season tickets only will be accepted until June 5. Each
order must be accompanied by a check, or a VISA/MasterCard number with
the expiration date and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Season ticket
mail orders will be filled in the order they are received, with contributors
given preferred seating and expedited handling whenever possible. Unless
accompanied by a season ticket subscription order, single ticket orders
will not be filled until the Box Office opens on June 5.
Telephone Orders:
Telephone orders for season tickets and single tickets will
be accepted when the Box Office openws June 5. Orders must be paid for
with a credit card at the time of purchase, or they may be paid for
and picked up at the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
performance. tickets not paid for 24 hours in advance will be placed
on general sale. The Box Office numbers are: 75-425-3114, or 800-228-5423.
Refund/Exchange Policies:
All ticket purchases are final. However, season tickets can be exchanged
should personal scheduling conflicts arise. Exchanges must be made 48
hours prior to the date of the schyeduled performance. One complimentary
exchange is allowed. A $5.00 fee will be assessed for additional exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
Each ticket purchased is subject to a $1.00
service and handling fee.
