To request a transcript anytime, from virtually anywhere, current students, former students, and alumni may order transcripts on-line 24/7 using the TranscriptsPlus System (Credentials System). Payment must be made by credit card. To use the system, click on the link below. Credentials is a vendor that provides this service through an agreement with the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. The service is secure and encrypted.

The UWRF information privacy policy requires that you provide the school with a signed form authorizing release of your academic transcript before your order can be processed. Some orders may qualify for "Automatic Authorization" without your signature. To qualify, your order must meet the following criteria:

Credit card name must match your name on University records.

One of the following - Date of Birth or Student ID - must match the values in University records.

Social Security Number.

There are no attachments that need to be included with your transcript.

If your order is not eligible for "Automatic Authorization," a form will be available at the end of this order process. Print, sign and mail or fax this form to the Credentials number that will be provided. Your order will be processed upon receipt of this form, unless you have requested that it be held for degree or grade posting.
