Requesting Transcripts

A UWRF Official Transcript is a complete record of a student's enrollment at UWRF maintained by the Registrar’s Office. An Official Transcript includes all undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses. Partial transcripts are not available.

This permanent record is considered confidential between the student and the University. No transcripts are released, except to authorized representatives within the University, without the written permission of the student.

An Official Transcript will not be issued unless all obligations to the University have been satisfied. Official Transcripts will not be faxed. They can only be picked up or mailed.

Transcript Fees

  • The fee for a transcript is $7.00.
  • The fee for each additional transcript is $7.00, if ordered online.
  • For transcript orders that are placed "in person" for immediate pickup, an additional $8.00 rush order fee will be charged.

 


 

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT

"Unofficial" transcripts are limited to enrolled students, who may access unofficial transcripts on their eSIS Student Center Page. Former students and alumni who need a copy of their educational record must request an official transcript.

Standard processing turnaround time once you place your transcript order online is 1 to 3 business days.

University of Wisconsin-River Falls has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. If you do not have access to the Internet, call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3000. Operator Assisted orders have an ADDITIONAL $5.00 charge.

NOTE: ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS >> If the transcript is for official purposes and to be mailed to a UWRF Academic Office, do not use the online service. Use the In-Person Request for Official Transcript, available in the Registrar’s Office, 105 North Hall.
