Dr. Highum has taught the following political science courses at UW-River Falls: Introduction to International Relations, Comparative Politics, Politics of Developing States, American Government and State and Local Politics. Dr. Highum is an active participant with the International Studies Association presenting at recent conferences on the subjects of international quality of life studies and global environmental politics.
