CAMPUS SECURITY ACT

UW-River Falls is required by Federal Law, known as the Clery Act, to report statistics for specific crimes. The report also includes statements regarding policies/procedures for students and others to report criminal actions or other emergencies occurring on campus. In addition, this report includes other policies on security issues, such as the authority of security personnel, access to campus facilities, considerations used in the maintenance of campus facilities, and specific policies on sexual assault educational programming and procedures. Statements relating to the relationship with other law enforcement entities and statistics for illegal use of alcohol, drugs and weapon possession can also be found in the report.
