Rellen Hardtk
Dr.
Hardtke joined the UWRF Physics Department in 2005 She earned her B.S. degree in
Mathematics from M.I.T. and her Ph.D. in Particle Astrophysics from the
University
of
Wisconsin-Madison.
After growing up around a dairy farm in northeastern Wisconsin, Dr. Hardtke studied and worked in Boston, Washington
D.C., Indianapolis, Madison, Berkeley, Minnesota and Los Angeles.
Dr. Hardtke has previously taught at Cal Poly Pomona and Gustavus Adolphus College.
She is the coordinator for the UWRF pre-engineering and dual degree engineering programs and is passionate about
teaching and advising.
