Earl D. Blodgett, Chair of Physics

President of the Society of Physics Students (SPS).  National SPS Adviser of the Year, 2004.

Dr. Blodgett greatly enjoys teaching the experimental side of physics at all levels, from introductory labs through advanced laboratory. He served on the National SPS Council for several years as the Zone Councilor for Zone 9, and he is presently in his second consecutive term as President of SPS. For several years he served as the chair of a committee overseeing the UWRF Broad Field Science Programs (now chaired by Dr. Korenic). He is a member of the American Association of Physics Teachers and the Acoustical Society of America.
