Center for Economic Research Friday Seminar Series

APRIL 13, 2007--The University of Wisconsin-River Falls Center for Economic Research is sponsoring the third installment of its Friday Seminar Series featuring professors from the College of Business and Economics.

On April 27 Glenn Potts, economics faculty in the College of Business and Economics, will present "Immigrant Support Network." Potts will share his research findings on identification of immigrant support service providers in Minnesota and Iowa and extending the information to communities and organizations in Western Wisconsin who have immigration of low skill non-English speaking individuals and families.

A social and refreshment time will take place from 3 to 3:15 p.m. in 317 South Hall, followed by the seminar in 321 South Hall from 3:15-4:15 p.m. The seminar is free and open to the public.
