CER Seminar Explores High School Economics LiteracyNOV. 17, 2006--The University of Wisconsin-River Falls Center for Economic Research is sponsoring the fifth and final installment of its Friday Seminar Series featuring professors from the College of Business and Economics and area professionals. "High School Economic Literacy: The Case of West-Central Wisconsin," is Dec. 1 in Room 321 South Hall from 3:15 to 4 p.m. Brian Schultz and Hamid Tabesh, economics faculty in the College of Business and Economics, will discuss the results of their research on how high school students in west central Wisconsin learn economics. A social and refreshment reception precedes the seminar from 3 to 3:15 p.m. in 317 South Hall. The seminar is free and open to the public.
