Research Seminar on Teacher EducationNOV. 10, 2006--Research in teacher education is the topic of a Research in Progress Seminar sponsored by the UW-River Falls College of Education and Professional Development on Tuesday, Nov. 14, from noon to 2 p.m., in Room 120 Wyman Education Building at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Faculty, students, teachers or anyone interested in teacher education is invited. Mike Miller, an assistant professor of teacher education at UWRF, will present at 1 p.m. with time for feedback on his research plan with student teachers and middle school students. From 1 to 2 p.m., Bill Campbell, director of grants and research at UWRF, will present, "Research Grants and Funding: Everything You Need to Know."
