SCV Orchestra & Symphony Band to Perform

FEB. 17, 2006--The University of Wisconsin-River Falls presents a concert of the St. Croix Valley Orchestra and the UW-RF Symphony Band on Feb. 27 at 8 p.m. in the Abbott Concert Hall in the Kleinpell Fine Arts Building.

The evening's repertoire will include: "Dance of the Sprites from the Damnation of Faust " by Hector Berlioz, "Matinees Musicales" by Benjamin Britten, "Metamorphosis" by Daniel Kallman, "Illyrian Dances" by Guy Woolfenden, and "Gathering Places" by Pierre LaPlante.

The concert is free and open to the public.
