ALUMNI ASSOCIATION HOSTS TRIP TO SEE NUTCRACKER

NOV. 18, 2005--Alumni and friends of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls are invited to see a swinging rendition of the “Nutcracker” suite on Dec. 4 at the Minnesota Orchestra Hall.

The day will begin at Rock Bottom Brewery and Restaurant in downtown Minneapolis with a brunch buffet at 11:30 a.m. followed by the performance at 2 p.m.

The UW-River Falls Jazz Band and the Minnesota Dance Theater have collaborated to create a swinging version of the classic musical, the “Nutcracker.”

Cost is $40 per person, including the brunch and the show, not including transportation.
Families are encouraged to attend.
