SAUSAGE AND JERKY WORKSHOP AT UW-RF

OCT. 21, 2005-- Learn how to make your own venison sausage and jerky at a workshop on Nov. 8 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Food Science Addition located in the Agriculture Science building at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Participants will gain tips, recipes and hands-on practice making venison sausage and jerky.

Cost of the workshop is $49. The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 2. For more information on the workshop, please contact Steve Watters at 715-425-3704.
