BOLIVIAN AMBASSADOR TO VISIT UW-RF

OCT. 7, 2005--Jamie Aparicio Otero, Bolivian ambassador to the United States, and Sister Damon Nolan, the president of Carmen Pampas University, will visit the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Oct. 18 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Cooklock Room of the Chalmer Davee Library.

They will meet with Chancellor Don Betz and members of the UW-RF faculty and staff to discuss educational partnerships. Several faculty members and possibly student groups have plans to visit Bolivia this year for various cultural-educational exchanges.
