Concert Series Features Local Musician
JUNE
17, 2005--The University of Wisconsin-River Falls 2005 Concert Series
continues with the Tommy Bentz Band performing Tuesday, June 28, at 7
p.m. in the Melvin Wall Amphitheatre on campus (Rain site is Brandy's
Nightclub and Eatery in the Hagestad Student Center). The concert is free
and open to the public.
Bentz is a multi-instrumentalist who has performed and composed several
album projects, commercials and recording sessions. In addition to owning
and operating Brickhouse Music
in River Falls, Bentz has two albums of original music with his band and
is working on a third.
Bentz has performed and shared the stage with the Temptations, Rufus Reid,
Clark Terry, David Baker, Ira Sullivan, Willy Porter, Tim Mahoney and
the Pat McGee Band.
