Details	This introduction to the philosophy and history of community education will help participants develop the skills necessary to manage community education, community schools, and extended learning programs, and develop partnerships with families, communities and schools. This is the first course required for the UW-RF Graduate Certificate in Community Education. This course also meets some of the requirements for the administrative competency endorsement certificate of the National Community Education Association (NCEA).
