DetailsThis is a writing intensive course. Designed to enable students to learn the value of research for understanding human behavior and improving social work practice decisions. The emphasis is on basic concepts, the research process, research designs (particularly single subject designs), evaluation research, collecting and analyzing data, qualitative research, writing reports and ethical issues. Prerequisite: PSYC 201 or MATH 226 or ECON 326.(Sp)
