Details	In this course, teacher participants will study vectors, one- and two-dimensional motion, Newton's Laws, gravity, work, energy, momentum, circular motion, and fluids. There will be laboratory experiments. This is the traditional first course in the three-year physics cycle. Participants must be certified to teach or be close to obtaining certification with instructor's approval and have at least one semester of general college physics covering mechanics. (SS)
