Details	This course provides an overview of the effect of international economic conditions on less developed countries today. Emphasis is on the international issues of trade strategy, foreign investment, foreign aid, technology transfer, debt crisis, structural IMF reforms and others. The course incorporates theory and policy. Prerequisites: ECON 201. (not offered on a yearly basis.)
