Responsibility for ImplementationWhen providing feedback to and evaluation of institutional administrators, the University includes administrators' attention to and support of affirmative action and equal employment opportunities. The following statements are included in the Faculty Handbook, page 14, Chapter III - Administrative Organization, "Introduction", paragraphs 3 and 4: "In meeting the University's commitment to affirmative action and equal opportunities in education and employment, it is the responsibility of each of the following administrative officers to provide leadership and guidance." "In meeting the University's commitment to foster an environment of respect for the dignity and worth of all members of the University community, it is the responsibility of each of the following administrative officers to enforce the policy that sexual harassment of students and employees at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls is impermissible and unprofessional conduct which will not be tolerated and which is subject to disciplinary action."
