Policy on Evaluation of Administrators/Supervisors on Good Faith Affirmative Action Efforts and ResultsAt the University of Wisconsin-River Falls responsibility for recruitment and selection is delegated to the Provost/Vice Chancellor, Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, academic deans, department chairs, and faculty. The Equity, Affirmative Action and Compliance Officer assists departments in the search and screen process and monitors the overall achievement of the University in meeting its goals and reports progress to the Chancellor. Institutional administrators are to be evaluated on their attention to and support of equal opportunity and affirmative action as required in the University of Wisconsin System Equal Opportunities in Employment and Education Policies.
