UW-RF Faculty Earn Promotions, Tenure

Eleven faculty members at UW-River Falls earned promotions or tenure this summer from the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents.

College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences: Agricultural Engineering: Dean I. Olson, promoted to associate professor and granted tenure. Animal and Food Science: Bonnie S. Walters, promoted to full professor.

College of Arts and Sciences: Art: Randy J. Johnston, promoted to full professor. Chemistry: Michael A. Kahlow, promoted to full professor; Kevin W. McLaughlin, promoted to full professor. English: Steven F. Luebke, promoted to full professor. Music: Kristin A. Tjornehoj, promoted to associate professor.

College of Business and Economics: Business Administration: Brian J. Huffman, promoted to associate professor and granted tenure.

College of Education and Professional Studies: Communicative Disorders: Thomas W. Jensen, promoted to associate professor and granted tenure. Health and Human Performance: Susan J. Tarr, promoted to associate professor and granted tenure. Social Work Jennifer E. Borup, promoted to associate professor and granted tenure.
