Library Now Open Earlier
Due to patron request, the library is now opening at 7:30 a.m. on weekday mornings instead of 7:45 a.m. This change does not apply to all library departments such as the University Archives and Area Research Center. Please visit the hours page to view all hours.

Quiet Study Space
You spoke. Our patrons tell us that their number one priority is quiet study space. To address the needs of our users, the library has recently been rezoned.  The upper level is now designated as QUIET STUDY SPACE.  Groups are asked to remain on the main level or use the designated group study rooms which are located on both the main and upper floors.  All patrons are asked to keep their cell phones muted and to take calls in the lobby. [View noise policy.]

New Hours for the Area Research Center & University Archives

The Area Research Center & University Archives has changed their hours. In an effort to address patron usage patterns, the ARC will now open later in the morning, 10 a.m. instead of 8 a.m., and will remain open later in the evening, 6:30 p.m. instead of 4:30 p.m.
