All Guidelines for Exhibitors must be followed:
Exhibitors must set up and remove their own displays on the dates reserved. If the library staff must remove a display, it will not be responsible for any damage to items.
Adhesives, nails or tacs may not be applied to gallery walls or any walls within the library. Tacs may be used in exhibits cases with cork only. If adhesives are needed, sticky tac will be provided to you by the Exhibits Committee.
If the exhibitor would like insurance coverage, please contact the Exhibits Committee for paperwork. Forms need to be completed and returned prior to the time the exhibit is set up. No insurance coverage is provided after the display date has passed.
One exhibitor should be designated as the contact person for the display and will be responsible for the show.
University-affiliated groups have precedence over any non-University group or individual displays.
Exhibits must be set up during regular library hours. Receptions may be held in the library lobby during regular library hours. Contact the Exhibits Committee chairperson for more information about receptions.
