The 2006-07 Lucien Day and Clare Murphy Parlin Scholarship: Nancy Parlin presented the scholarship named in memory of her father and mother.	Surprise Guest: Russel Brown, former owner of WJMC radio in Rice Lake, came to see his grandson, Richard Meyer II, accept a scholarship and a journalism award. Brown donated the first AM transmitter to WRFW more than 30 years ago.
