B.S. in Physical Education at St. Cloud State University.

Dr. Allyn teaches Biomechanics; Sport, Fitness and Recreation Management, Practicum I; Practicum II and Senior Seminar. Deb is a member of AAHPERD. She has presented at the national convention numerous times. Many of her presentations are in the area of integrating technology into the classroom. Her strong interest in volleyball and research on the sport of volleyball has lead to her being a member of USA Volleyball's Sports Medicine and Performance Commission - Biomechanics Resource Advisory Committee. She is the HHP Exercise and Sport Science (formerly Option II) Coordinator and earned the College of Education and Professional Studies, Outstanding Faculty Member Award in 2003.
