Description: Through this course you will improve your knowledge of:
• Human Resource Management (HRM) theory
• How to apply HRM concepts to employees who originated from Mexico
• Mexican culture, in particular, rural Mexican culture
• How middleclass and rural Mexican families live
• Spanish
• So much more!!

The HRM theory component will be taught on campus and in Mexico. The rest of the course will be taught primarily in Mexico. The Mexico component will be held over a ten day period. While there, you will live with a middle class Mexican family and be treated wonderfully!

Please note: While you will have fun on this course trip, you should not think of this trip as a vacation. You should expect to work. Nevertheless, our goal is to make this course trip one of the most meaningful experiences of your life
