University of Wisconsin - River Falls Foundation Scholarships

Applications for the 2010-2011 academic school year will be available
November 24, 2009 through Jan 8, 2010

Welcome!

Each year, the UW-River Falls Foundation provides hundreds of scholarships to UW-River Falls students totaling more than $550,000. UW-River Falls scholarship recipients are selected in the winter and early spring prior to the academic year that they receive their scholarship awards.  The selection process is conducted by a university-wide or a college scholarship committee that reviews scholarship fund criteria and student applications.

Many students believe they must have a terrific GPA or participated in lots of extracurricular activities to receive a scholarship.  This is a common misconception. While these are important factors for many scholarships,  there are also many less restrictive scholarships available.  Scholarship donors choose to create scholarships with a variety of criteria, including  major, probable career, community involvement, permanent hometown or state residence, or financial need, to name just a few.

To get started please visit one of the following links:

Incoming freshmen, please select the Incoming Freshmen Scholarships link on the left side of this page to find a UWRF scholarship to learn more about scholarship available for you and begin applying.

If you are a returning student, please select the FAQ's and Required Information  link to review the FAQ's section, find out how to fill out an application and learn all you need to know before you apply.
