PRE-PROFESSIONAL

Dr.'s Lori L. Bents and Virginia Akins Scholarship:
Awarded to a student enrolled in a pre-professional health sciences track. Preferrences given to students with a comulative GPA between 3.0 and 3.5 and students involved in: Student covernance, Student Senate, Student Committees, President of Pre-Medical clubs, etc.


Gerald C. Belisle Memorial Scholarship:
Awarded to a student who has graduated from a Wisconsin High School, and who is pursuing course work in the pre-veterinary medicine curriculum and who has plans to enter the field of veterinary medicine. The student must show strong performance academically and demonstrate a financial need.


Jane P. Coburn Pre-Veterinary Scholarship:
Granted to a sophomore, junior, or senior with an interest in animals and is majoring in Pre-Veterinary Medicine.


Freeman Drug Scholarship:
Awarded to a high-ranking freshman in the Pre-Pharmacy or Science curriculum.


James Ellison Memorial Scholarship:
Awarded to a sophomore with a Pre-Medicine major.


Dr. B. H. (Benny) Kettelkamp Scholarship:
Presented to a student who has completed 90 credits toward the Pre-Medicine curriculum as established by the university, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.5, and has demonstrated potential for admission to medical school.


Dr. Thomas G. Kliszcz Scholarship:
Awarded to a Pre-Dental or Pre-Pharmacy major who has earned at least 32 credits and plans to continue at UW-RF.


Dr. Clifford A. Olson Memorial Scholarship:
Awarded to a junior or senior Pre-Medical student with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Preference will be given to a graduate of a high school in Pierce or St. Croix counties in Wisconsin.


Timothy Regan Memorial Scholarship:
Awarded to sophomores, juniors, or seniors in the pre-veterinary medicine program. Preference will be given to Chemistry and Biology majors.


River Falls Medical Clinic Scholarship:
Awarded to be a full-time sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate student who has a Pre-Medical emphasis within the Biomedical Option of the Biology Major and shows promise of excellence in the field. The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or above. This award can be received only once.


Charles and Patricia White Scholarship:
Awarded to students in good standing in the College of Arts and Sciences who are pursuing the Pre-Law Curriculum.


Kenneth S. White Memorial Scholarship:
Awarded to a sophomore or junior political science major pursuing pre-law curriculum.
