Incoming Freshmen Scholarships

2008-09

The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is very proud of its scholarship program, which has grown considerably in recent years. In the 2007-08 school year, more than 530 scholarships, in excess of $460,000 were awarded to freshmen and continuing students.

Factors that influence eligibility for these scholarships are high school activity record, academic achievement, and financial need. The greatest emphasis is placed on academic achievement.

To apply for scholarships, students must be admitted to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Applications will be available as described. Please contact the person listed under the various scholarship categories. Some scholarship applications may also be available from your high school guidance counselor or online.
