Dennis Dahlka Memorial Scholarship:
Recipient must have graduated from Wisconsin High School; must be in the top third of graduating class; must be a resident of the state of Wisconsin. Scholarship renewable for four years if recipient maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0(allows for a one semester probation period with a GPA no lower than 2.75.
Music Department Incoming Freshmen Scholarship:
These scholarships are awarded to outstanding performers and composers. The recipients are chosen through audition by the music faculty. An application is not required for this scholarship. Donald A. Nitz Memorial Music Scholarship:
This scholarship is awarded to a music major and is based on musicianship, good performing skills, and academic achievements. Preference will be given to a double- reed student.
Bob Samarotto Music Scholarship:
Awarded to a woodwind player (major preferred, but not a criteria) who is in good academic standing.
Lily T. Wong Memorial Music Scholarship:
This scholarship is awarded to a music major and is based on musicianship, good performing skills, and academic achievements. Preference will be given to a piano student.
Theatre Arts Scholarship:
The Theatre Arts Scholarship is awarded to a talented student who has been admitted to UW-RF as an incoming freshman or transferring Theatre Arts major. The recipient must have demonstrated exceptional ability in one or more areas of theatre and a minimum high school GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
