Computer Science & Information Systems

Computer Science and Information Systems (CSIS) Scholarship:
Awarded to a sophomore or above, majoring in computer science, with a minimum 2.75 GPA.  Student must have demonstrated interest in activities with the CSIS Dept and/or the University.

Joseph Loeb Memorial Scholarship:
Student must be an Applied Computer Systems major and must have satisfactorily completed his freshman year at UWRF or 45 quarter hours.  Students overall and major area GPAs will be considered.  The students dedication and involvement in the computer field will be considered and financial need.

Sentry Insurance Student Leadership Scholarship:
Awarded to incoming freshman. Students must be in the top 15 percent of their high school graduating class and have significant records of co-curricular leadership and outstanding leadership potential with the intent to pursue a degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, and Mathematics (Actuarial Science). Financial need will be considered on the informal basis, especially as a tie breaker consideration. Scholarship is renewable for up to four years as long as the recipient maintains a GPA of 3.3 or above and continues to pursue a degree in one of the above named areas.
