Physics
Earl G. Albert Scholarship:
Awarded to sophomores, juniors, or seniors pursuing a degree in Physics (or science if no qualified physics student); plans to continue at UWRF; good academic standing; active participation in extracurricular activities, including church, community and university-based activities.

Curt and Dee Larson Scholarship:
Awarded to a student who is a declared Physics major and has completed his/her sophomore year with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. The student must have completed at least one year toward a Physics major with plans to complete a Physics major.
Arnold and Mary Nord Memorial Scholarship:
Based on scholarship, financial need, and potential for contributions in life, this scholarship is awarded on a rotating basis to a student who will be a junior or senior with a major in one or more of the following disciplines: Biology (2009-2010), Chemistry (2006-2007), Economics (2007-2008), Physics (2008-2009).
Physics Department Alumni Scholarship:
Awarded to a student majoring in Physics at UWRF. This scholarship requires a separate application, which can be accessed at the Physics Department web-site http://www.uwrf.edu/physics/AlumniScholarship.pdf
Dr. Henry Tranmal Scholarship:
Awarded to a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree with major emphasis in Physics who plans to continue at UW-RF in the Physics curriculum. Also awarded in Biology and Chemistry.
