Art
William and Suzanne Ammerman Art Scholarship:
Awarded to art majors who have completed the freshman year; have shown creativity and dedication through their art work and academic classes; returning sophomore year.
Art Department Faculty/Student Coalition Scholarship:
Awarded to Art majors on the basis of academic excellence in the major, creativity and potential; financial need; completed at least one year at UW-River Falls.
Mary L. Barrett Scholarship:
For worthy and creative students majoring in any area of art and continuing as a sophomore, junior or senior student.
Ruby and J. Bernard McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship:
Granted to a sophomore or junior Art major who has earned 18 credits in Art at UW-RF with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in Art courses.
Walter and Lee Nottingham Scholarship:
Awarded to an Art Major who has completed two years at UWRF, based upon the scholarship standards of the Art Department and financial need.
Steven M. Stormer Memorial Scholarship:
Awarded to students who are declared B.F.A. majors as defined by the Art Department. Must have the Art Department required minimum cumulative GPA. Must have a 3.0 average in art courses.
Kurt L. and Ruth G. Wild Scholarship:
Awarded to two outstanding Art majors who are in either their junior or senior academic year. Awards will be based on academic excellence in the major, creativity and potential. The scholarship may be received only once.
Walker D. and Helen Bryant Wyman Scholarship:
Based upon academic excellence in the major, awarded to a student who has completed at least one full year of study at UW-RF. Potential for success and financial need may also be factors.
