1.10 Equality of Opportunity

The mission of the Office of Equity and Affirmative Action is to encourage and support UWRF faculty, staff, and students in a professional environment to acquire greater knowledge, understanding, awareness and appreciation of diverse cultures and ethnicities and to actively support tolerance, civility, and respect for the rights and sensibilities of each person.

The Office of Equity and Affirmative Action also seeks to integrate these principles into an overall system of university human resource management.
