Alicia works with communities across the state on many land use-related topics including: Comprehensive Planning, Implementation Tools, Community Character, and Planning for Agriculture, Planning for Natural Resources, and Planning for the Arts. She is the co-leader of the Community Planning and Plan Implementation Team.
