Using Footprints
DoTS uses a product called 'Footprints' from Numara Software to track our service requests. We use different "projects" in Footprints for different service areas, such as the DoTS Helpdesk and the eSIS project. It is also used by Student Affairs and DoTS for managing student employment applications, and by the Music Recording Studio and Campus Reservations to manage there services as well.
